Groupe Dynamite is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, manage inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and inviting to customers.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll support both in-store and e-commerce operations, contribute to a seamless shopping experience, and collaborate with a team that values initiative and customer focus.

Formación

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsabilidades
