Job summary

JD Sports Canada is seeking a part-time, permanent Sales Associate at the Galeries de la Capitale location in Quebec City. You will deliver outstanding guest experiences in our retail stores and support the team with inventory, POS transactions, and merchandising.

You are passionate about fashion, music and culture, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the fashion industry and retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Process POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including stocking and price changes.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through friendly service and trust.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and positively at store level.
• Stay informed on product updates and store policies.
• Encourage customers with knowledge of culture: fashion, music, and art.
• Process and assemble online orders for JD Sports.
