Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, and accuracy of merchandise levels.
• Supervise and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure that the store is organized, clean, and complies with safety standards.
• Open and close the store as necessary, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Implement loss prevention strategies and policies.
