You will drive visual merchandising, align collections with trends, and develop staff through recruitment, onboarding and coaching.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in retail management, strong merchandising expertise, and bilingual ability to engage English-speaking clients about 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a retail environment
• Bilingual communications with English-speaking clients ~50% of the time
• Strong visual merchandising and commercial merchandising expertise
• Solid understanding of sales performance metrics (KPIs)
• Passion for fashion and current trends
• Strong leadership with hands-on management style
• Experience in fashion retail is required

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 20 employees
• Analyze sales performance, KPIs and department results
• Develop commercial strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Ensure outstanding visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Drive an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor
• Ensure collections are showcased according to trends and business objectives
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
• Coach and motivate employees to achieve department goals
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day execution of commercial operations
