Jack & Jones at Premium Outlets Montreal, Mirabel, QC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive store performance, coach the team, and uphold the brand standard. You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, KPI tracking, and selling excellence.

The role requires 2-5 years in store management, strong leadership, excellent English communication, and experience with visual merchandising. Availability to work 35–40 hours, with flexibility to commute between Mirabel and downtown

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in store management.
• Experience in operating excellence in retail stores (KPIs, scheduling, inventory).
• Proven leadership in recruitment and mentoring teammates.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Regularly assess, support, train, and coach team members on product knowledge, styling, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
• Support the Store Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly operations, setting daily sales goals and KPIs.
• Develop in-store talent and future leaders by motivating teammates and promoting internal promotions.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure products and displays are merchandised to maximize sales and profitability.

Position: Assistant Store Manager, JACK & JONES

Reports to: Store Manager, JACK & JONES

Location: Premium Outlets Montreal, Mirabel, QC

Salary: The starting salary for this position is 48000.00 $ per year. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant years of experience in comparable roles and functions.

Being an ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER, is:

What it takes

• 2-5 years’ experience in store management, ideally in the fashion industry.
• Experience in maintaining operational excellence in retail stores (analyzing KPIs, scheduling, inventory management, etc.).
• Proven leadership skills in the recruitment and development of talent and mentoring team members.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Experience in visual merchandising, an asset.

Available to work 35–40 hours per week, 7 days a week, with flexibility to commute between Mirabel and downtown Montreal as needed.
