Job summary

The ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver a welcoming, fashion-forward in-store experience. You bring energy, a positive attitude, and a customer-first approach that keeps shoppers returning.

You will support merchandising, assist customers, restock, and maintain store standards. Availability for day, evening and weekend shifts is preferred to cover peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Interest in fashion and ability to connect with customers.

Responsibilities

• Hit sales goals and help the team achieve targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising and displays.
• Follow policies around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.
• Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasks.
