RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver a personalized shopping experience and support daily store operations in a welcoming, customer-first environment. You will assist in fitting rooms, process transactions, and help maintain an organized store.

You should have retail or customer service experience, a passion for fashion, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
