Job summary

PENN. Penningtons in Toronto is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver personalized service, assist in fitting rooms, and process transactions at the cash desk to create a welcoming shopping environment. You will help keep the store visually appealing and use product knowledge to support sales.

You will also contribute to daily store operations, maintain a clean sales floor, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
