We are seeking a Farm Technician to join our team at The Matthew ArnoldSchool, part of Bourne Education Trust.
As Farm Technician, your role will be to support the agricultural and animal care functions of the school, ensuring high standards of welfare for animals and the maintenance of agricultural, horticultural and land areas. The Farm Technician plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment, supporting vocational learning programmes, and working with students and staff to deliver positive, meaningful outcomes.
