Placements24 is seeking a skilled Farm Machinery Mechanic to maintain and repair a fleet of agricultural equipment in the Kimberley region. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs, both in the workshop and in the field, ensuring tractors, harvesters, and implements operate reliably.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanic, ideally with heavy equipment or agricultural machinery.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to operate farm machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all farm machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Service and repair tractors, harvesters, planters, sprayers, and other agricultural implements.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Order and manage spare parts inventory as needed.
• Ensure all machinery is operated safely and meets standards.
