South Country Equipment, a family-owned John Deere dealer network in southern Saskatchewan, is hiring a customer service representative in Mossbank, SK. You will be the first person customers see entering our locations, providing professional consultations to determine parts needs with accuracy and care.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, inventory support, and building strong relationships with farmers to enable ongoing productivity.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer facing or retail experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Good communication with customers.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a cyclical farming season.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation with customers in person, by phone, or in writing.
• Assist farmers with parts to keep equipment operating.
• Build relationships with farmers to offer enhanced support.
• Support inventory control and maintain a professional retail environment.
• Work flexible hours during farming season including evenings and weekend on-call rotation.
