Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair John Deere equipment.
• Service other lines of equipment as required.

• Provide support to farmers to ensure they are able to have success during critical points of the season.
• We operate in a cyclical environment that requires extended hours during the farming season including evenings, weekends and participation in an on‑call rotation.

What you'll do

• We offer apprenticeship opportunities through the John Deere Technician program at Sask Polytech
• Apprentices will gain additional expertise in agriculture equipment through shadowing current journeyperson mechanics, online and in‑person training offerings and hand‑on experience along with their classroom learning
• Experienced technicians will be kept informed on the latest technological equipment advancements through online and in‑person training opportunities
