Job summary

North West Rubber is seeking an Animal Comfort & Performance Advisor to strengthen dealer networks across Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes, promoting Animat solutions and delivering hands-on training to dealer teams and end users. You will advise farmers on animal comfort and performance, demonstrate ROI, conduct farm visits, and identify opportunities to grow Animat adoption.

Will travel extensively and report to the National Sales & Business Development Lead.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales, advisory, or technical support experience in agriculture industries.
Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef farm operations and farmer needs.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop dealer relationships across the territory.
Promote Animat solutions to drive dealer-led sales.
Deliver training programs and technical support for dealer teams.
Advise farmers on animal comfort, health, and herd performance with Animat products.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Monitor sales metrics, pipeline, and dealer performance using CRM.
