Job description

Fan Service Attendants play an integral role in ensuring the best possible fan experience at games, concerts, and events. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.

A typical shift includes :

  • Greeting and admitting guests upon presentation of valid tickets, identification or passes
  • Monitoring seating areas and crowd control
  • Directing and assisting our guests with any service-related issues
  • Other duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Proven experience in the Customer Service industry
  • Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 5 : 30pm
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
  • Fluent in the English language, both oral and written; fluency in a second language would be an asset
  • Ability to learn and manage various programs including emergency response system, crowd control, lost children, alcohol program, etc.
  • First Aid certificate is an asset
