Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Child and Youth Work/ECE or Social Services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Experience with families, children birth to six, and trauma-informed approaches is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide client services per agency guidelines and Children’s Mental Health service philosophy.
• Deliver family support to children and caregivers on emotion management and parenting strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with families.
• Provide home-based support including parent coaching and skill development.
• Collaborate with team members and community partners to support family wellbeing.
• Communicate openly with families, staff, and supervisor.
