- Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License

- Full Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Mandatory

- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) Mandatory

Role and Facility Information

As Canada’s largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator, we put patients and their family’s health first. We are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes. Our clinic is in one of Vancouver’s fast-growing, high-density areas; it is situated by Cambie Village, VGH medical precinct, and City Hall; to top it off, it is only a short 15-minute bike ride from downtown Vancouver.

This location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician-focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home.

The ideal physician would be in a position to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. This position will also have a small walk-in component. Our team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule.

Average Monthly Overhead Agreement: Billing Split – 70/30* (FFS, PCN available)

*The financial agreement in the clinic is coordinated through with the Director of Recruitment.

Hours:

Flexible! Walk-in Available. The clinic is currently open Mon - Sat. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic.

Hospital and ER Dept shifts:

These are not part of the expectation of our community or clinic.

Staff:

Currently, there are 9 part-time and full-time physicians, as well as an office manager and MOAs who can all help with the transition process.

Files:

The Clinic is currently using Oscar EMR. There are no paper charts associated with the practice.

Qualifications:

1. Hold or eligible for Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP)
2. Hold or eligible for full license to practice medicine in BC
