Health Match BC in Qualicum Beach invites six full-time family physicians to join a brand-new clinic designed for collaborative, team-based care. The role offers an option to work under LFP, FFS, or New-To-Practice contracts upon Island Health approval, with Spring 2026 start and a modern facility accommodating 6–9 physicians and allied health professionals.

Role and Facility Information

We are seeking 6 full-time family physicians to join an exciting new clinic in Qualicum Beach. The beautiful clinic design has been tailored for team-based care and to meet the needs of its family physicians. In this spacious, well-resourced environment, we will support you to build a practice that reflects your clinical interests and personal goals — all while maintaining the work-life balance we all value.

Option to work under LFP, FFS or New-To-Practice Contract (upon application approval by Island Health)

Benefits

• Recruitment Incentive- $10,000 (for full-time)
• Fee Premium- 4.62%.
• Annual Flat Fee- $7,159.68
• Rural CME starting at $2,200/annum in years 3&4, then increasing to a maximum of $4,400 after 4 years in the community.
