Health Match BC in Chemainus, BC is seeking a full-service family physician to join a five-FP and one-NP practice with on-site procedure room and shared call coverage for the local LTC facility. Role and Facility Information

Full-service family practice in a FP clinic. Procedure room on-site for lumps and bumps. Shared call coverage for local LTC facility across the street. A collegial group of five FPs and one NP. We also have an LPN on site three days per week. Social worker attached to practice via PCN.

FFS, LFP with Rural incentives noted below

Benefits

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: (subject to change)

• Recruitment Incentive: $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
• Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
• Fee Premium: 4.20%
• Annual Flat Fee: $6,508.80
• Rural CME: starting at $2,200.00/annum in year 3 & 4 to a maximum of $4,400.00/annum after 4 years.
