Island Health in Parksville, BC seeks a Family Physician to take over a well-established turnkey practice. Join a collaborative, supportive team in a small-city coastal community with modern facilities and a stable patient panel.

Start date approximately July 1, 2027. Remuneration of $6,500 per month plus Rural Subsidy benefits including fee premium, relocation, recruitment incentive and CME allowances; standard office hours Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Seeking Family Physician to take over a well-established, turnkeypractice in Parksville, BC.Opportunity to step into a thriving, manageablepractice with a wonderful community of physicians and staff.

Practice Highlights

$6,500/ Month

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy agreement including:

• Fee Premium - 4.62%
• Annual Flat Fee - $7,159.68
• Recruitment Incentive - $10,000 (pro-rated for FTE amount)
• Relocation Costs - up to a maximum of $15,000 (Depending on location moving from)
• CME - $2,200/annum year 3-4 and $4,400/annum after 4 years in the community
