Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Canada or eligible for immediate admission.
• Minimum of 4 years post-call experience practicing family law.
• Demonstrated courtroom advocacy skills and confidence handling contested matters.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to independently manage files while contributing to a collaborative team.

Compensation

Salary: $140,000 – $200,000 CAD, depending on experience, plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
