Branion Williams Recruiting Inc. is assisting an established GTA North family law boutique in finding experienced Family Law Associates. The firm offers high-quality work, meaningful responsibility, and strong mentorship within a collaborative environment.

Hybrid work arrangement in the GTA North area is available for the right candidates. Positions suit lawyers at 3-5 years and 6+ years, with compensation ranging from $110,000 to $150,000 for 3-5 years and $150,000+ for 6+ years, plus

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-call family law experience in Ontario.
• Experience with contested and negotiated family matters.
• Strong advocacy, drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Sound judgment and a practical, client-focused approach.
• Ability to independently manage files and client relationships appropriate to your experience.
• A collaborative and collegial approach to practice.

Family Law Associate(s) - 3+ Years | GTA North / Hybrid

$110,000-$150,000 (3-5 years) | $150,000+ (6+ years)

Our client, an established and growing family law boutique in the GTA North, is looking to add experienced family lawyers to its team.

This is an opportunity for a family lawyer who wants high-quality work, meaningful responsibility for clients and files, reasonable targets, strong support and greater autonomy- without sacrificing mentorship or collaboration.

The Opportunity

The firm has a sophisticated, full-service family law practice involving parenting and decision-making, child and spousal support, property division, domestic contracts, and complex financial and litigation matters.

Lawyers have meaningful carriage of their own files while working alongside experienced family law practitioners, law clerks and administrative professionals.

The firm is open to lawyers at different stages of their careers:

3-5 Years

Lawyers looking to deepen their family law experience, take on greater responsibility and continue developing with significant mentorship, guidance and support.

6+ Years

More senior lawyers who can independently manage sophisticated matters and are interested in playing a meaningful role in the continued growth of the practice, including mentoring more junior lawyers.

For more senior lawyers, an existing client following is welcomed but not required.

The firm is also expanding its law-clerk and administrative team. An established lawyer-clerk team interested in exploring a move together would be welcomed.
