The successful candidate must be a motivated individual with strong research, drafting, writing skills, and advocacy. The candidate must have a comprehensive grasp of the current legislation around divorce, family law, and child protection matters.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Ability to handle a high volume of work.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office, and DivorceMate.
• Strong work ethic, file management, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to adapt communication style, as necessary, when communicating with clients and other team members.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple files. Accordingly, strong time management and organizational skills are a must.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, intelligence, integrity, and mindfulness.
• Must be resourceful and possess a professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Commission/incentive based: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification: Member good standing, Law Society of Ontario. (required)
