FH&P Lawyers LLP in Kelowna seeks an Associate Lawyer – Family Law to manage diverse family law matters and grow a practice across the Okanagan region. You will work with a respected team, receive strong mentorship, and benefit from administrative support that enables a focused client service approach.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of Family Law experience, hold a BC law license (or be eligible to apply), and demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and professional

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of Family Law experience, preferably BC
• LLB or JD and license to practice in BC (or eligibility)
• Strong communication, self-motivation, and organization
• Broad legal knowledge with solid client service and judgment
• High integrity, client service orientation, and collegiality

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Family Law files from consultations to pleadings, discovery, mediations, and trials
• Provide sound legal advice and practical solutions to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to support client needs
• Engage in firm initiatives, professional development, and community activities
