Job summary

Job Bank is seeking a home care aide in Hampstead, QC, to provide bedside and personal care to clients in their homes. You will assist with bathing, hygiene, mobility, light housekeeping and meal preparation, while offering companionship and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.

This permanent, full-time position requires 1–2 years of relevant experience and a high school graduation certificate. English or French communication is accepted.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a home care setting.
• Work must be performed at the client’s home; no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Administer bedside and personal care.
• Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene.
• Support regular exercise such as walks.
• Launder clothing and household linens.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Provide companionship; prepare and serve nutritious meals; cook.
