What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Grow sales of fall protection products within the Ottawa Region, Maritimes, and Atlantic Canada
  2. Achieve national sales targets for the Personal Safety Division
  3. Identify and close new business opportunities while increasing market share
  4. Establish and enhance business relationships with major distributors, providing product training and education
  5. Manage the CRM system, Salesforce, to track customer interactions and sales activities

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Post-secondary education (completed and verified prior to start)
  2. Minimum of three (3) years of professional selling experience in industrial and/or construction sectors
  3. Exceptional selling and territory management skills
  4. Current, valid driver's license
  5. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  2. Five (5) years of solution safety selling experience in fall protection or personal protective equipment
  3. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  4. Ability to influence others and adapt to changing circumstances
  5. Resilience and focus in achieving sales targets
