Job summary

Mondelez International is hiring a Process Engineer for our Ontario manufacturing facilities. You will work on the shop floor to identify and fix problems, drive continuous improvement, and lead small teams to eliminate losses while ensuring safety, quality and productivity targets are met.

You will partner with Line Leaders and Maintenance to implement process improvements, monitor KPIs, and champion standard work and loss prevention across the line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Priority setting and problem solving are essential.
• Excellent communication, training and coaching skills are needed.
• Ability to manage people and time effectively.
• Experience in a union environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with SAP and basic Windows tools is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix line problems on the manufacturing floor.
• Lead loss reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Line Leaders and Maintenance to improve processes.
• Support daily management routines and track KPIs such as Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
• Coach Core Teams to build capability and drive standard work.
