What to Expect:
The Factory Hygienist Supervisor is responsible for leading food safety and GMP programs across the factory. The role ensures the effective implementation and maintenance of food safety management systems, supports employee training and awareness, and drives compliance with regulatory and company standards. The position works closely with factory teams to maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen factory performance. Compensation Range: CAD 75,000 – CAD 80,000 + bonus eligibility
