The ideal candidate holds a Community College Diploma in Recreation Facilities Management, 5+ years municipal experience (3 in supervision), a valid Ontario G license, and is proficient with Building Automation Systems and MS Office.

Responsible for supervising the operation of City of Vaughan recreation facilities, including the scheduling and training of staff, preparation of work plans, overseeing the minor maintenance and repairs of facilities by both staff and contractors, preparation of annual operating budgets, report preparation, associated customer services functions, including responding to enquiries from the general public, and user groups.
