Reporting to the Recreation Manager, Events, Theatre & Studio Operations, the Supervisor is responsible for providing guidance, coaching, motivating, and providing leadership to the Event Coordinators. The Supervisor will provide oversight of the planning, development, and successful execution of all city-led events to minimize risk to the City of Vaughan. The Supervisor oversees all tasks to execute events successfully, including research, benchmarking, making recommendations, marketing and promotion, sponsorship, evaluating, and risk mitigation.
