Chinook’s Edge School Division (CESD) Invites Applications For The Position Of Full-time (260-day Calendar) Facility Services Administrative Support Position At Our Facility Services Department In Innisfail. The Successful Candidate Will Work Directly With The Director Of Facility Services And The Rest Of The Facility Services Team In a Fast-paced Work Environment To
- Support the effective and efficient operation of the Facility Services team on a day-to-day basis;
- Assume primary responsibility as first contact for all communication for Facility Services;
- Prepare a wide variety of materials and resources for external and internal distributions;
- Maintain project documentation and perform accounting tasks related to Capital, IMR and Operations and Maintenance projects;
- Communicate with suppliers and division staff;
- Maintain the asset management program and assist with project management and reporting;
- Support Facility Services with the processing of all financial documentation and entries;
- Liaise between division staff and Facility Services team members;
- Prepare data queries, analyses and reports using Excel, the Google platform and other applications; and
- Fulfill other duties, as assigned by the Director of Facility Services
The successful candidate will be able to provide evidence of:
- Three or more years’ successful administrative support experience;
- Post-secondary training or experience in professional administration, business, accounting, finance, construction or related field;
- Advanced skills with Google platform with great attention to detail;
- Working collaboratively and effectively with a wide variety of teams, groups, and external agencies;
- Exceptional interpersonal, time management and communication (written and verbal) skills;
