Job summary

Saskatchewan Ltd. in Prince Albert is seeking a permanent full-time Facility Service Worker to maintain and service Property Management spaces, ensuring a safe and productive environment for our customers and clients.

Under the direction of the Building Operator, you will perform daily maintenance, grounds-keeping, assist with repairs, ensure life safety equipment readiness, handle client requests, and maintain maintenance records in our system.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day building maintenance and grounds-keeping.
• Assisting coworkers with various maintenance repairs.
• Ensuring visual life safety equipment is in good operating readiness.
• Performing assigned client requests.
• Maintaining maintenance records in the maintenance management system.
• Operating grounds equipment (manual and powered).

The Property Management Team has an opportunity for a permanent full-time Facility Service Worker position located in Prince Albert.

As an integral part of our service-oriented team, you will maintain and service Property Management owned spaces to ensure a safe and productive environment for our customers and clients.
