Job summary

Kibbi in Canada is seeking a part-time Facilities Operations Manager to direct daily operations of commercial facilities, including planning projects, budgets, and safety inspections. You will oversee the preparation of reports, evaluate construction initiatives, and coordinate administrative services for signage, cleaning and security.

The role requires a college diploma (1–2 years) and 3–5 years of related experience, with English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent (1–2 years).
• 3–5 years of experience in operations / facilities.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities.
• Evaluate construction projects for commercial facilities and real estate.
• Identify customers' needs.
• Oversee preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
• Plan and organize construction projects.
• Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements.
• Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service.
• Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
• Plan and manage the facility's operations budget.
• Organize administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal.
• Troubleshoot problems related to equipment.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
