You will perform safety checks, help with minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and coordinate with tradespeople for major repairs. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education at College/CEGEP required.
• Experience ranged 1 to <7 months in related field.
• Bondable security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Order supplies and maintain inventory.
• Maintain inventory of equipment.
• Inspect existing buildings for structural defects and fire hazards.
• Assist in the establishment of unit policies and procedures.
• Perform safety and security checks.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
