Responsabilités

• Performs work according to established processes and practices.
• Complies with environmental, health and safety and fire protection policies.
• Monitors facility and non-technical components for conditions and deficiencies.
• Records observations and suggests enhancements and repairs.
• Responds to routine and on-demand service requests.
• Maintains tools and arranges repairs or replacements as needed.
• Assists in preventative maintenance programs and safety documentation.
• Supports facility-related projects and tenant satisfaction.
