Pryco Global Inc. in Canada seeks a Facility Condition Assessor to support building assessments and reporting across Western Canada. You will coordinate data collection, review property records and blueprints, and prepare clear, action‑oriented assessment reports for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Condition Assessment.
• Experience using VFA software or other asset management tools.
• Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write and prepare Facility/Building Condition Assessment reports.
• Conduct research and gather relevant data (property records, blueprints, etc.).
• Compile and organize assessment reports accurately and consistently.
• Work closely with coordinators and assessors for effective project delivery.
• Provide administrative support such as document management and client communication.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and client materials as required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
