• Two years experience as a custodian or related work.

• Ability to communicate and co-operate with supervisors, fellow workers, students, staff, and the public.
• Ability to fill out requisitions and related forms using Excel, MS Word, Outlook.
• Ability to direct a work crew and plan and schedule their workload.
• Must be self-motivated and decisive.
• Computer literacy to operate Facility Services building systems and Maintenance Order Systems.
