Job summary

Intermodex is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee our port terminal assets, buildings, rail infrastructure and utilities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead maintenance planning, manage budgets, coordinate contractors, and work with senior leaders to implement reliable, cost-efficient operations. Candidates should have engineering or technical trade background, 2+ years of experience, and familiarity with ERP/EAM systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or trade certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience (co-op placements considered).
• Thorough knowledge of reliability and maintenance best practices for port terminal business, including EAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage contractors and consultants for scopes of work and execution.
• Assist in engineering studies and facilities-related projects.
• Manage unionized maintenance and janitorial staff and conduct toolbox talks.
