Adecco is hiring a full-time Assistant Facilities and Maintenance Manager for a client in Regina, SK. You will oversee building operations, preventive maintenance programs, facility assets, HVAC systems, and contractor management across a large multi-use facility.

The ideal candidate brings experience in facilities management and leadership, with strong budgeting, safety compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma/degree or journeyperson cert in a trade
• Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance, building ops, commercial construction, or facilities management
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or team coordination experience
• Experience in a unionized environment is an asset
• Strong knowledge of building codes and building automation systems

Responsabilités

• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for building systems and assets
• Ensure reliable operation of HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and building controls
• Lead maintenance staff and trades; recruit, onboard, train, and manage performance
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and contractor work to minimize disruptions
• Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and invoice approvals; maintain records and reporting
• Support safety programs; ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Collaborate with internal departments to align maintenance with operations and asset priorities
