Job summary

AXIATA DIGITAL ADVERTISING SDN BHD is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and coordinated operation of the facility, overseeing all departments, production activities, and logistics.

You will drive safety, planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with quality, customer service, and cost objectives, while supervising supervisors and frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in an industrial, manufacturing, recycling, logistics, or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strong safety culture and ensure safe work practices are consistently followed throughout the facility.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments and work areas within the facility.
• Provide leadership and direction to department supervisors, leads, and employees.
• Develop and communicate daily and weekly operating plans based on production schedules, inbound volume, shipping demand, staffing, and equipment availability.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, breakdown response, and equipment availability with Maintenance.
• Monitor safety, production, quality, downtime, inventory, labour, budget, and cost performance, including trends.
