Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Facilities Assistant to support the safe, efficient operation of the park’s infrastructure and attractions. You will coordinate maintenance tasks, assist with procurement, and liaise with engineers and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety policies and park standards, while providing cross-site administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Facilities admin experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers and contractors.
• Knowledge of safety compliance and permits.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Level of Completion (LoC) checks to ensure maintenance and repair tasks meet required standards.
• Manage assigned tasks, ensuring SLA compliance and approvals for extensions.
• Review job sheets from contractors and engineers, raising follow-up actions.
• Create and manage tasks for quoted works and remedial requirements.
• Assist with coordination of repairs and maintenance activities across attractions and facilities.
