CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager who will oversee building operations and maintenance for various facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating repairs, and maintaining client relationships, ensuring effective operations and adherence to regulations and safety procedures. Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada and have relevant experience and education.
As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for the Facilities Manager position is between $76,500 annually and $85,00 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
