Southern Health‑Santé Sud seeks a Maintenance Worker 1 to monitor building and medical systems and respond to work orders. You will perform preventative maintenance and prioritize tasks with independent judgment.

The role is based at Bethesda Regional Health Centre in Steinbach, MB, in person, temporary with diverse shifts. Applicants should have two years in maintenance, a Grade 12 education, a valid Class 5 license, and proficiency in Office tools; bilingual ability is valued for bilingual

Formación

• Minimum two (2) years' experience in a maintenance position.
• Experience with electrical, carpentry, plumbing, heating, or air-conditioning.
• Grade twelve (12) education or equivalent.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with vehicle and liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment and their functions.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Outlook.
• Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bilingual in English and French preferred for bilingual positions.
