Job summary

ODL is seeking a Maintenance Worker to support upkeep of facilities, equipment, and grounds. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires hands-on use of tools to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include following safety protocols, managing inventory of supplies, and assisting with repairs and preventive maintenance to extend the life of building infrastructure. High school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly reports to Maintenance Manager.
• Follow established safety protocols and maintenance procedures while using problem-solving skills for unique situations.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, reporting needs to supervisors.
• Contribute to the longevity and optimal functioning of building systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
