Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment is seeking a proactive Facilities Maintenance Team Member to keep our bowling centres running smoothly and to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with repairs, and communicate effectively with guests and staff in a dynamic, family-friendly environment.

You’ll receive thorough induction, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance into management and in-house programs, while enjoying team-oriented work and employee

Qualifications

• Experience with painting, decorating, plumbing and non-electrical maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Strong guest service mindset with high energy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of the centres and ensure lanes are in full operation.
• Liaise with team and guests about faults and resolve issues.
• Participate in induction and ongoing training to support career development.

What

We need a highly motivated, Facilities Maintenance Team Member who can work alongside our centre team. You'll need to maintain high standards of our centres and ensure our lanes are in full operation. You’ll also be liaising with both the team and the guests about any faults they experience while at the centre.

Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, you will be trained on everything you need to know. You will be given a thorough induction and ongoing training and development to set you up for success, as well as ongoing development and career opportunities should you wish to take the next step into management.

Qualifications

• Experience of general DIY: painting, decorating, plumbing and non-electrical maintenance

• Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns
