Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Team Member to keep our centres running smoothly. You will handle general maintenance tasks, safeguard equipment, and respond to guest-facing issues with enthusiasm.

You’ll receive a thorough induction and ongoing training to support your development and potential career progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic DIY tasks: painting, decorating, plumbing, general non-electrical maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Strong guest service skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, supportive team player.
• Flexible with working hours and shifts.
• Basic literacy and numeracy.
• Proactive in spotting and solving problems.
• Maintain equipment and centre to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of our centres and ensure lanes are in full operation.
• Liaise with the team and guests about faults or issues observed at the centre.
• Undergo thorough induction and ongoing training and development.
• Participate in management training programs if opportunities arise.
• Provide engaging guest service with energy and enthusiasm.

We need a highly motivated, Facilities Maintenance Team Member who can work alongside our centre team. You'll need to maintain high standards of our centres and ensure our lanes are in full operation. You’ll also be liaising with both the team and the guests about any faults they experience while at the centre.

Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, you will be trained on everything you need to know. You will be given a thorough induction and ongoing training and development to set you up for success, as well as ongoing development and career opportunities should you wish to take the next step into management.
