Job summary

A medical technology company in Burnaby is seeking Equipment & Facilities Technicians to oversee plant operations and equipment management. This is a hybrid role focused on facility upgrades and assembly of medical devices. Ideal candidates have a Technical diploma and experience in regulated environments. The position offers a salary range of CAD 60,000 - 80,000 annually along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a cleanroom environment is desirable.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement methodologies is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of plant and facilities equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC, compressed air, and environmental monitoring systems.
• Design, install, and maintain fixtures and infrastructure to improve processes.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment

Education

Technical diploma or equivalent
