BEST Service Pros in Vancouver, BC is looking for a part-time custodian to keep client spaces clean, presentable, and inviting. You will join a team that prides itself on reliability and quality, with paid training and a positive culture.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, washrooms, mopping, sweeping, window cleaning, and proper garbage disposal. Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; a Canadian background check is needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
• WHMIS Certification is an asset.
• Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel and bend.
• Ability to lift, push and pull required load (up to 50lbs).

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain common rooms, kitchens, and washrooms.
• Sweep and mop floors; clean windows and dust blinds.
• Take out and properly dispose of garbage.
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Monitor and report any repairs or required replacements.
