The Facilities Coordinator will support the Facilities Manager and/or Assistant Facility Managers with operational activities including maintenance, operations, accounting, vendor oversight, equipment management, occupancy services, and client relationship management to ensure service levels are met.

What You’ll Do
  • Process and maintain records for courier, mail, and deliveries.
  • Handle special mailing requirements and maintain mail stops and package rooms.
  • Track mail and packages, perform inspections, and manage inventory.
  • Update site documentation, support operations, and assist with moves, events, and building activities.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs, respond to work orders, and identify operational improvements.
  • Manage repairs, coordinate with vendors, and oversee site amenities and services.
  • Support safety, security, and emergency response plans.
  • Ensure compliance with client contracts and KPIs, delivering high-quality service.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality preferred.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety, critical facilities, and vendor management is advantageous.
  • Understanding of technical property systems is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with IT tools, excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving furniture.
