· The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026 when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

What You Will Do

This role works in partnership with the facilities and security team. The incumbent will assist and, in some cases, manage the day-to-day running of various facilities activities, including handling work orders, meeting event coordination (including setup and teardown), handling café and lunch spaces through restocking and distributing supplies.

The incumbent is a self-starter, who can prioritize work and ensure that work is performed, while delivering a high customer service experience to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with addressing client concerns/issues using the work order system.
  • Backup for Team Members - Facilities Coordinator.
  • Work with landlord and other internal stakeholders to coordinate building services and adhere to building rules and regulations.
  • Meeting event coordination and café cleanup.
  • Stock and distribute supplies inventory as required.
  • Furniture setup for meetings and external events/basic furniture & equipment installation.

For this role, your total rewards include

  • Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation ( base salary plus target bonus ) ranges from $49,000 to $60,000 , based on your experience and qualifications.
  • RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
