Fidelity Canada is seeking a Manager, Corporate Communications and Community Affairs to lead the Employee and Community Affairs team and drive high-impact internal and external communications. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Affairs, you will oversee executive and employee communications, experiences, events, and key initiatives.
You will manage internal strategy, external relations, and a top employer awards program while working with senior leaders across the business.
You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

The Manager, Corporate Communications and Community Affairs, will manage the Employee and Community Affairs team and drive high-impact internal and external communications. Reporting to Director, Corporate Affairs, this role is responsible for executive and employee communications, employee experiences and events, top employer awards program, intranet and leading communications supports for key initiatives such as fund launches that drive the business drive forward.
